Welcome to the PMO Project Service Request Form
All University stakeholders requesting IT project management services are required to submit a project request to the OIT PMO. Create a new project service request using the tools available from the OIT Project Management Office. Upon receipt and review of the service request, the PMO will contact the requester to initiate discussions.
This webpage is not intended for operational service requests.
- For voice-only requests, please submit your request to VOICE Services and Support.
- For all network cabling-only requests, please call 848-445-6000.
Please note we are experiencing extensive delays in receiving equipment from vendors. We expect delays for projects requiring electronic hardware (e.g. network switches, routers, wireless access points).
For Voice/Telepresence requests:
All requests for additional voice and/or telepresence services, please visit voice.rutgers.edu and place a service request using the automated tool. We apologize for any delays, and will attend to requests as soon as possible.
